Arizona Republican Senate candidate sherifflamb1 reminded Americans that the crisis at the southern border is an invasion by definition. 'By definition, this absolutely is an invasion. We must stop this...or we're gonna have big problems.'
"I get a lot of people that ask me, 'Sheriff Lamb, are what we seeing, is this an invasion?'" Lamb said in a viral video posted to Twitter."I always tell them, 'Yes!' I've been saying it for a while. This is an invasion.'"Using a marker, Lamb proceeded to help his audience define the word"invasion" on a large teaching board."Let me give you the definition of an invasion, and then you can decide for yourself, alright," Lamb said.
"The first definition of an invasion is, 'An incursion of a large group of people into a place or sphere of activity,' for example all these crowds you see on TV coming into America, that would by definition qualify.""The second is, 'An unwelcome intrusion into another's domain,'" he said."This is an unwelcome intrusion by so many people coming here illegally into our domain.
Lamb has served as Pinal County sheriff since assuming office in 2017 and announced his bid to challenge Sen. Kyrsten Sinema last month.
