Johannesburg - ActionSA president Herman Mashaba has revealed that one of the members of the ANC’s top six leadership structure approached him for possible coalition talks.
However, the former Johannesburg mayor would not reveal the identity of the ANC leader who approached him. By lunchtime on Wednesday, ActionSA was the third-biggest party in the City of Johannesburg with 16.08% behind the ANC and the DA, sitting at 31.65% and 29.11%, respectively. Mashaba also promised that in the next two hours, ActionSA was going to run a 48-hour poll to ask that since the party is not going to go to bed with the ANC, which coalition proposals should it consider.
