The Washington Football Team, which has been embroiled in controversy for most of the year over its former name and allegations of sexual harassment, announced on Monday morning that it has hired Jason Wright as team president, making him the first Black team president in NFL history....
After retiring in 2010, Wright earned his MBA with high honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and went onto become a partner for the global strategy and management consulting firm, McKinsey & Company in D.C.in a statement."The transformation of the Washington Football Team is happening across all aspects of the organization — from football to operations to branding to culture — and will make us a truly modern and aspirational franchise.
