A new provision in a congressional bill could pave the way for the Washington Commanders to return to their old stadium in Washington, D.C. by transferring the RFK Stadium site's jurisdiction from the federal government to local authorities.

Kennedy Memorial Stadium site from the federal government to local District of Columbia authorities.
