Authorities are looking for Philadelphia Democratic state Rep. Kevin Boyle.

A police spokesperson told the Associated Press the agency was unable to discuss the details of the warrant issued. He was expected to turn himself in, police said.Boyle's brother, U.S. Rep.
Police said Boyle was reportedly drunk and possibly under the influence of drugs at the time of the incident. Boyle eventually left the bar that night in February and police told him he was banned from the Gaul & Co. Malt House.
