The KCSO said the warrant was issued for 23-year-old Seth K. South in connection to an ongoing homicide investigation that occurred in theDeputies said they responded to a 911 call at a home in the area around 3 p.m. Deputies then found two young adult victims dead by "homicidal means," according to the KCSO.
