The parade is calling for solidarity with the people of Palestine
A parade is due to tak place from 12pm on March 30, in support of the Palestinian people and will be part of a wider movement that will see demonstrations take place across Ireland.
"The parade is expected to start from Writers Square at around 12pm and proceed along Donegall Street, Royal Avenue, Donegall Place, Donegall Square North, Belfast City Hall. It is expected to finish at around 2pm. Police have also said that they will be taking part in a significant policing operation this weekend with a number of parades taking place and large numbrs of visitors to coastal beauty spots.
"We want everyone to enjoy their Easter break safely so our officers will be out and visible in communities across the country. I am appealing to everyone, but particularly road users and pedestrians, to play their part in keeping themselves and our communities safe.
