In this week’s Cuyahoga Most Wanted a Bedford man is on the run, after pleading guilty to domestic violence and endangering children.
Ayramis Riggins is wanted by the Cuyahoga County Sheriffs Department after pleading guilty to pouring bleach on a mother who was breastfeeding.Riggins may also be known as ZX or Forty on the streets.
In a second case, Riggins pleaded guilty to criminal gang activity for a case in 2020 when several members of the street gang “Skeem Team” were arrested in the area of East 102nd and Miles Avenue.Riggins also has warrants with Beachwood for failure to appear in court on charges. The Cuyahoga County Sheriffs Department considers Riggins to be armed and dangerous and was last know to be staying in the 26000 block of Cambridge Drive in Bedford.Tips that lead to an arrest and a conviction could be eligible for up to a $5,000 reward.
