The centers, along with the company’s virtual health centers, were created in 2019 and designed to provide low-cost medical, dental and behavioral health care for people in need.
In a press release, the company said that the centers were “not a sustainable business model for us to continue.”
Walmart said it does not have a specific closing date selected yet but will update when a decision has been made.
