BREAKING: The shooter who killed six people and himself at a Walmart store in Virginia has been identified as a 31-year-old overnight manager.
Andre Bing has been named as the gunman who opened fire inside a Walmart store in Chesapeake, Virginia, on Tuesday night and killed six people before turning the gun on himself has been identified as a 31-year-old overnight manager.
A photo of Bing was released by police on Wednesday, showing him with a sharp gaze and no other expression and wearing a white sleeveless shirt.To view this video please enable JavaScript, and consider upgrading to a web browser thatFormer co-workers said Bing’s shifts started at 10pm and that he supervised employees unloading grocery pallets, restocking shelves and cleaning.
A former manager on the shift before Bing’s, Nathan Sinclair, 21, said he had arguments with Bing including one in October about unloading a truck. We are still communicating with the victimsâ families and will release their information as soon as possible. We can confirm that the shooter was 31-year-old Andre Bing of Chesapeake. He was armed with one handgun and had multiple magazines on his person.Bing and two victims were found dead in the break room of the store, city officials said. Another body was found near the front of the Walmart.
