A lawsuit has been filed against a Walmart delivery driver charged with indecent exposure in Horry County, South Carolina.
According to the lawsuit, Alvin Ortiz was employed by Walmart as a delivery driver through their delivery program.In July 2024, an individual listed as Jane Doe was located at her home and did a grocery delivery through the platform. The lawsuit states that she requested her items be left at the door upon delivery.
When Jane Doe approached the vehicle, she saw Ortiz with his pants pulled down pleasuring himself while still in her driveway.A male neighbor of Jane Doe confronted Ortiz and a verbal altercation ensued, according to the lawsuit. Ortiz was arrested and charged with indecent exposure, and according to the lawsuit, those charges are still pending disposition at this time.
