You just sort of hope that your customers will go along with that fantasy with you. CJW: People really responded to those pieces, and he came in for it. ED: Michael Kors came into the store? BVG: Yeah, he’s so sweet and supportive. He talks to every customer, tells them he needs the outfits they’re wearing.
