TheWalkingDead star Laila Robbins might be hinting at the fate of her character, Pamela Milton, by revealing the first track on Pamela's playlist: 'Pamela's first playlist song would be 'Stayin' Alive' by the Bee Gees. Enough said. :)'
Warning: SPOILERS ahead for The Walking Dead season 11, episode 23.The Walking Dead star Laila Robins may have hinted at Governor Pamela Milton's fate in the series finale when asked which song she thinks fits her character best. Pamela has slowly morphed into the final antagonist of The Walking Dead's flagship series, stemming from the death of her son, Sebastian Milton, which was partially caused by Eugene revealing the corruption within the Commonwealth.
SCREENRANT VIDEO OF THE DAY In an interview with Entertainment Weekly discussing which song she thinks would best fit Governor Milton, Robins gave a surprising answer that may reveal the fate of her The Walking Dead character. The song she chose as what best represents Pamela is a surprising choice that may hint at her character surviving the show's final episode.
Will Pamela Survive The Walking Dead Series Finale? While Robins' comment could be read as a tongue-in-cheek way of taunting the audience – making them think Pamela truly will survive when, in reality, she won't – her choice of song indicates it's possible for Pamela to survive The Walking Dead series finale.
Despite how thematically poetic her survival would be, it would pose a problem given the number of horrific actions she's approved of during The Walking Dead season 11, part 3. When she learned a herd of Walkers had breached the Commonwealth's walls, she ordered an entire section of the community to be contained, trapping thousands of her people in a neighborhood filled with zombies.
There's also the possibility that Pamela's fate is left up in the air because of The Walking Dead universe's overarching antagonist, the CRM. Earlier in season 11, the late Lance Hornsby explicitly stated there were "stabilizing factors" for the Commonwealth that wouldn't function without his involvement.
