Cooler air will filter across the state this week, but the chances of it generating any appreciable snowfall is low. In fact, the snow is so far a no-show in many areas of the state. Southcentral and interior locations will get more overnight lows below freezing this week, but a stickable snowfall is not materializing just yet.
Low pressure will continue to spin over North Gulf Coast, making it capable of pushing showers through the Panhandle and southcentral, primarily in Prince William Sound and the eastern Kenai Peninsula.
