The sophomore won medalist honors with a 73 in the girls competition at Saturday's Jacksonville Beach Varsity Invitational.The senior ran 17:45, climbing to No. 2 on Florida's statewide list this year, to win the Bale-N-Trail Original while leading Bolles to the team championship.The junior wide receiver caught 12 passes for 175 yards and a pair of touchdowns, and added a pick on defense in the Blue Devils' 28-10 win at Gainesville.
The junior ran 16:03 in Saturday's Bale-N-Trail Original to capture the individual title, his third race under 16:05 this season.The senior safety returned an interception for a touchdown and forced a fumble, and contributed 99 rushing yards and another score on offense as the Commanders shut out Parker 37-0.The senior won the girls 100-yard and 200-yard freestyle races and contributed to two relays in a meet victory over First Coast.
