SAN ANTONIO - The Pearl has announced an impressive collection of public events stretching through the rest of this year, highlighting the rich culture of the city and bringing the community together.
The celebration will include a special presentation of Mexico’s national anthem, a Grito with Mexican Consul General Ruben Zanatta, Folklorico performances by the Guadalupe Cultural Arts Center, mariachi performances, children’s activities including a Rincon Del Alibrije workshop, and the third annual Grito contest.
This event will be complemented by the recently installed mural “Always Pa'delante" by Oaxacan artist Edefroy Padilla, which will be on display until October 15th. The Pearl also announced that Music on The Springs will be returning to 1100 Springs Plaza every Friday until Nov. 29, showing local artisans, food vendors, and live music from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
