This shows the entrance to Green Oak Ranch RV Park in Vista. When I was on the San Diego City Council and we faced a similar problem, we created the Linda Vista Mobile Home Park on city property to receive the dislocated.
The first: What is driving the pursuit of solutions to our homeless problems? It appears a sort of cottage industry has emerged to find solutions by government agencies and private concerns which acquire public and private funding for this homeless “problem.” Is the search for useful solutions sincere? Or just the pursuit of funding?
