Family of killed boy can't forgive police inaction

James Russell, who denied being part of a paedophile ring operating in London and Sussex, had never been questioned about Vishal's murder, and claimed he had never heard of the schoolboy.Vishal vanished as he walked home from shops in Putney in 1981 on the day of the royal wedding of Prince Charles and Lady Diana Spencer.
