Mayon nga milanat pa og pipila ka buwan nga nakahasol sa maong lugar.Ang Visayas Command nag- andam na usab og 464 ka mga personnel alang sa ilusad nga Humanitarian Assistance ug Disaster Response nga ipadala sa Negros.Kini naglangkob sa mga opisyal sa Viscom, Enlisted Personnel ug CAFGU Active Auxiliary nga sangkap sa disas­ter response equipment, mobility ug communication assets.Nakig-alayon usab sila sa mga local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Councils sa Western Visayas.
