The Manning Award, presented annually since the 2004 football season, seeks to honor the best quarterback in college football as judged by the Sugar Bowl Committee. It is the only quarterback award that includes each candidate's postseason bowl performance in its balloting. The Manning Award was created by the Allstate Sugar Bowl in honor of the college football accomplishments of Archie, Peyton and Eli Manning.
