However, many of the comments on the video from San Antonians offered criticism toward the new location, especially in regard to the restaurant's service. "The service is terrible," user Chelsea Rodriguez commented on the video."You wait almost an hour or more to get your food. There needs to be lots of improvement."Others mentioned waiting times of"over two hours" to get a table, while many complained that the Alamo City location has a lower rating than those of other cities. Others compared Pinstack to another all-in-one entertainment venue.
"The video makes it look better than it is," another TikTok user wrote under the video."They have been here in North Texas and its just like Main Event."
