On the southeast side on Saturday, police say a man was shot and killed during his birthday party on Vineshire Drive after a fight broke out. A man, identified as 34-year-old Tyler Goins, was found with a gunshot wound and was pronounced dead at the scene shortly after police arrived.Initially, Griffin left the scene, but later surrendered to police. He has been charged with murder and is being held in the Franklin County Jail.in a shooting on Denmark Road.
