Cambria Ferguson “to support her and other survivors that are brave enough to step forward.” Ryder’s memo, a rare message reacting to an Air Force decision in a sexual assault case, was released Friday in the wake of Air Force Secretary Frank Kendall III’s decision to demote Master Sgt. Jeremy Zier and grant his request to retire in lieu of an administrative discharge.
