This month marks the 30th anniversary of the release of “Groundhog Day,” starring Andie MacDowell, Chris Elliott and Bill Murray as curmudgeonly weather forecaster Phil Connors. Many scenes from the movie, which was directed by Harold Ramis, were filmed in Woodstock.festival each year with trivia, pancake breakfasts, walking tours of filming locations, a drink to world peace and prognostication by a live groundhog.
