Vin Diesel gave a subtle nod to Fast & Furious costar Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson at the 2025 Golden Globes Jan. 5, helping put an end to their ongoing feud.The duo's feud began in 2016 when they were filming the eighth movie in the franchise, 'The Fate of the Furious.' At the time, Johnson took to Instagram to express his frustration with Diesel's on-set behavior. Diesel responded to Johnson's comments on Instagram in 2025, urging him to return for the tenth installment.
Diesel wrote, 'I say this out of love... but you must show up, do not leave the franchise idle you have a very important role to play.' Johnson noted that 'despite having our differences, me and Vin, we've been like brothers for years,' explaining they chose to resolve their issues because their 'plans that are much bigger than ourselves.
