(Carlos Gonzalez/Star Tribune …GREEN BAY, Wis. — Minnesota Vikings quarterback Kirk Cousins left his team’s 24-10 victory over the Green Bay Packers on Sunday with what the team believes is an Achilles tendon injury.
Cousins walked gingerly to the sideline in the fourth quarter after getting sacked for a second consecutive play, a series that ended with Green Bay’s Karl Brooks blocking Greg Joseph’s 44-yard field-goal attempt. “We are fearing an Achilles injury,” Vikings coach Kevin O’Connell said. “The severity of that, I do not know at this point, but I do know that’s what our fear is at the moment.”

Backup quarterback Jaren Hall entered the game when the Vikings regained possession with 7:15 left in the game. Hall is a rookie fifth-round pick from BYU.
