HOP Vietnamese is bringing its fresh and flavoursome street food to the city centre

A popular Vietnamese street food chain will be opening a second location in Greater Manchester featuring freshly-made banh-mi baguettes, Pho soups and curries.

Six months on, the vendor has announced it will be opening a further location in the city-borough with a new eatery set to arrive at Manchester Arndale in May. Taking over the former Samsung unit on Market Street, the 3,777 sq. ft unit will serve HOP delights including bubble tea and Viet fried chicken.

Paul Hopper, Founder of HOP Vietnamese, said: “We've been blown away by the welcome we've received at our first Manchester-based location at The Trafford Centre, so when this incredible opportunity arose at Manchester Arndale it just felt right for a second opening. Founded in 2015, HOP promises to bring the fresh and vibrant delights often served on the streets of Vietnam to the city. Its extensive - and fully customisable - menu also includes noodle salads, dumplings, and vegan dishes. Its box meals - a mix of protein, steamed fragrant rice, shredded salad, pickled and green veg - are also a big hit with diners.
