Sean Dyche's reaction to Dominic Calvert-Lewin’s miss against Arsenal spoke louder than words EFC
A video of Sean Dyche reacting to Dominic Calvert-Lewin’s miss against Arsenal spoke louder than words.is taking charge of his first game at the club since getting appointed earlier this week – facing the Premier League leaders. And while many had expected the Toffees to get chewed up, they have proved that there is some fight in the tank and dominated the Gunners for large periods of the first-half.
It could have been capped off by a brilliant goal after Andre Onana stole in on a misplaced pass from Ben White before charging down the flank. The Belgian sent a low cross in that was missed by Calvert-Lewin by a whisker while Dyche’s reaction was caught by BT Sport at the time. While Onana surged down the wing, the new Everton boss could be seen throwing his arms in the air to urge his players forward.
And as Calvert-Lewin narrowly missed, Dyche leaned back in despair as the bench behind him howled in disappointment.
