Police say that one person unaffiliated with the university, one university employee and one graduate student were all arrested on criminal trespass charges after Thursday's protest encampment was dispersed by campus police. Two OSU students were arrested and charged with criminal trespass on Tuesday following an on-campus protest over the conflict in Gaza.ABC 6 spoke with students earlier in the day who said Thursday's protest was focused on staying peaceful.
We're all just students sitting around community building and we're just all enlightening each other about, you know, what's been going on in Palestine as well as creating a community," said one protester.The group of protesters said previously that they planned to protest peacefully again on Thursday night at 5 p.m.. We will follow this story to see if the peaceful protest still takes place.
