Angela Merkel was seen shaking uncontrollably during a government event on Thursday morning in Berlin.
A spokesman for Merkel said she now feels fine. She explained the previous episode by saying she had not had enough water to drink. Now, eight days later, Merkel has been seen shaking uncontrollably again during an official state function. Merkel was standing next to Steinmeier, who was giving a speech, when her body began to shake. The Chancellor grasped her arm to try and calm the shaking but to no avail.
