James Nutter captured a Columbus City Schools bus full of students nearly missing a moving train on Brice Road .
The school district said the driver followed all regulations and reversed when he noticed the train coming faster than expected. CCS said the train arrived before the track's warning system activated. “They honk when they go by just because it’s an intersection. This honk was a move out of the way honk,” he said. Nutter owns a vehicle design shop right next to the railroad.
Many say that Brice Road near Refugee Road gets congested very quickly.
