Foehner, meanwhile, can be seen backing up and slowly drawing his gun. Charles Foehner can be seen drawing his weapon after a man confronts him outside a Kew Gardens’ parking garage.Foehner is expected to face charges for criminal possession of a firearm.The wounded crook appears back on camera following the shooting, and can be seen desperately running down the parking garage driveway before he collapses on the ground.
