Netizens have called out this foreign cyclist for illegally crossing the Penang Second Bridge on his bike.
Recently, a video on TikToker Luca Montoya’s TikTok went viral on the platform. In his post, the foreigner detailed his failed attempt to cross the massive bridge in Penang on his bicycle.
“A few days ago, I had to cross the bridge from Batu Kawan to Penang Island. I had no idea if it’s allowed to cross that bridge by bicycle or not, so I just tried it,”A few days ago I had to cross the bridge from Batu Kawa to Penang Island.
