A police department in Virginia recently had a 'gotcha' moment.
A Fairfax County suspect was caught on Fairfax County Police Department helicopter trying to flee police. According to the
, on Oct. 23, the driver of a stolen vehicle who ran from troopers after causing a car crash was caught on camera by helicopter "Fairfax 1".after the driver caused a hit-and-run crash in an apparent stolen vehicle. Police said the helicopter located the suspect near the intersection of Idylwood Drive and Hurst Street in Dunn Loring. The released helicopter video shows the suspect attempting to hide on the balcony of a home.
Aside from the impressive eyes in the sky, FCPD's laser-focused helicopter was able to corner the suspect and the video is quite impressive.
