Long-serving Victorian Nationals leader Peter Walsh has stood down from the role but will remain in parliament. Gippsland South MP Danny O'Brien will replace him as party leader.
He has been replaced by Danny O'Brien, who was elected unopposed to the role by the party last night.
Gippsland South MP Danny O'Brien was elected unopposed as Mr Walsh's replacement and Lowan MP Emma Kealy will continue as deputy leader.His replacement as leader said the political veteran had made a great contribution to Victorian public life.
