The statement continued to read that a 45-year-old Ringwood man was arrested by police but was later released without charge, pending further inquiries.
The investigation is ongoing and police have stated they will not make any further comments on the matter. He has previously strenuously denied the allegation which Sky News understands is the subject of the investigation.
