KUALA LANGAT: An abduction victim, who was forcibly taken away for failing to pay for the rental of a car, has been rescued by the police.
"One of the suspects had called for her brothers and took the victims away. One of the victims managed to return home shortly after, but attempts to reach the other were unsuccessful," he said. "The motive was a dispute over unpaid compensation for a borrowed vehicle that belongs to one of the suspects," said Supt Ahmad Ridhwan.
