Vice President Kamala Harris tested positive for COVID-19 on Monday.
Harris press secretary Kirsten Allen said in a Tuesday statement that Harris was exhibiting no symptoms. Harris, 57, is the highest-level Biden administration official to test positive for the virusThe VP's office said Harris had not participated in any meetings at the White House on Tuesday and she had not seen President Biden since April 18. Cameras did spot Harris arriving at the White House Tuesday morning, wearing a mask.
"He wanted to check in and make sure she has everything she needs as she quarantines at home," the White House said.
