In a district that sprawls from the Inland Empire into the Coachella Valley, Democratic challenger Will Rollins is hoping to unseat longtime GOP Rep. Ken Calvert.
For decades, Rep. Ken Calvert, 71, presided comfortably over this corner of the Inland Empire. But that evaporated in 2022, when Calvert was nearly toppled by a fresh-faced Democratic insurgent.
