He returned to active duty with the Army in December 2012 and was a U.S. Army Special Operations Soldier assigned to the 10th Special Forces Group in Stuttgart, Germany. He was on approved leave at the time of his death. Investigators confirmed Livelsberger was stationed at Fort Liberty in North Carolina, formally known as Fort Bragg but spent the majority of his time at Fort Carson in Colorado.A search of county records revealed he remarried another woman in 2022 who is also listed as the property owner of the home FBI agents were investigating in Colorado Springs on Wednesday. Neighbors told KOAA he had a baby at home as well.
