Troubled Ratu Radoke also broke into a woman's house 'to prove it was not secure'
A military veteran who chased a group of youngsters with a chair leg, shouting, "I am king", was suffering from PTSD, a court heard.
The woman asked him to leave, which he did, and he was arrested a few hours later. Officers confirmed the intruder was drunk. He was carrying a toothbrush and disposable razor which he had taken from the house. In interview he said he went into the house as he was worried about the woman's safety and picked up the items to prove the property had been left unsecured.
Police arrived at the scene but as the officer tried to search him, Radoke called her a 'c***' and a 'white b***h' and spat on her. He later admitted burglary in connection with the Preston Old Road incident, and common assault, assault of an emergency worker and a public order offence in connection with the incident in November 2022.
