Nine Chairman Peter Costello has been heavily scrutinised for his actions in a wild video which surfaced of a confrontation he had with a reporter.
Former treasurer Peter Costello has found himself in hot water after a confrontation with a reporter was captured on camera with questions raised over whether his position as Nine Chairman is tenable.
The incident comes amid a tumultuous couple of weeks for Nine with Mr Costello refusing to answer Mr Mendes' question on why he had so far refused to publicly support CEO Mike Sneesby. "Whatever you make of this footage this afternoon. It is not a good look for a chairman of any company, let alone an ASX-listed media company, to behave in this manner," she told Sky News Australia's Sharri Markson on Thursday.

Picture: Sky News Australia Triple M Night Shift host Luke Bona said Mr Costello would be"caught out" if CCTV footage found the former treasurer to have caused Mr Mendes to fall over.
