TEMPLE, Texas — The morning of Thursday, Nov. 9 will be an especially illuminated one, as both a particularly bright Venus and a crescent moon light up the predawn sky.

Venus is expected to be so bright in fact, that it will appear 15 times brighter than the night's brightest star.reported both the moon and Venus, the two brightest objects in the night sky, will be visible almost right next to each other Thursday morning.
