Venice Film Festival Unveils Lineup (Updating Live)
Film Festival has begun sharing this year’s competition lineup, unveiling the films that will compete for the coveted Golden Lion award., starring Jamie Lee Curtis, will get its world premiere, out-of-competition slot in Venice.
Ridley Scott’s period drama, starring Adam Driver, Matt Damon, Ben Affleck, and Jodie Comer, will also have its world premiere on the Lido, out of competition, as will Edgar Wright’s hotly-anticipatedVenice will be looking to out-dazzle Cannes, which this year impressed with a selection that included Wes Anderson’s star-studded, and Julia Ducournau’s shocking, extreme fantasy drama
