The accident happened near 10500 I-10 West, near the Dominion, around 4:15 a.m. Sunday morning, according to the San Antonio Police Department. The vehicle struck the barrier wall, then went over it, police said in a preliminary report, citing witnesses. The vehicle landed on its roof. Fire Department personnel were able to remove the unidentified woman from the vehicle but could not save her.
