And yes, it's still January, but we know Hudgens loves a holiday-themed look, so she's jumping in with the Valentine's Day inspo nice and early. “We used peachy nude cat-eye nail polish for the base and red cat-eye for the polka dots,” Ganzorigt tells Allure of the mesmerizingly glowing oval nails. That's right—even the polka dots themselves are cat-eye.
