LOCAL Public Eatery will open at 2323 N. Henderson Ave., No. 100, on Sept. 26. On opening day, it will be open from 4 p.m. to 2 a.m. Regular hours will be Monday – Wednesday, 11 a.m. – 1 a.m.; Thursday – Friday, 11 a.m. – 2 a.m.; and Saturday – Sunday, 10 a.m. – 2 a.m.has been defined as the free, independent voice of Dallas — and we'd like to keep it that way.
