The vacant storefront is going to be transformed into a second Latin dance venue by the owners of El Capri in central Phoenix.PHOENIX — One of the Valley's most popular shopping spots finally has an answer for what to do with the vacant Sears building on its property — It's going to become a Latin dance club., brothers Melchor and Pedro Marques Jr. El Capri is one of the Valley's longest running Latino music venues, and they're planning to bring that energy to west Phoenix.
The Marques brothers also own KSUN-1400 AM, best known as"La Mejor," a Spanish-language radio station that serves the Phoenix Metro.
