UTSA running back Kevorian Barnes announced on social media Monday that he is entering the transfer portal with one year of eligibility remaining, leaving the Roadrunners after opening 2024 as the No. 1 running back but sliding down the depth chart through the season. The Conference USA Freshman of the Year in 2022 and UTSA ’s leading rusher in 2023, Barnes ran for 221 yards and notched a pair of touchdowns this season but averaged just 2.8 yards per carry.
