A Utah mother faces felony charges after she allegedly kidnapped and threatened an 11-year-old boy to force an apology for bullying her child. According to court documents, Shannon Marie Tufuga, 40, drove around her Provo neighborhood in September 2025 looking to confront the boy about the reported bullying.
When Tufuga found the boy riding his bike, she allegedly stopped her car in front of him and made him get into her car.Baja race team suspected of defacing petroglyphs in Tusher Tunnel area of Grand County Investigators said she then took him to her home, without his parents' knowledge or permission, and made him apologize to her child.
